Gillon while uplifting young people who are leading, learning, and shaping the future of environmental justice. This event recognizes youth whose voices, commitment, and innovation reflect the values Jacquie championed throughout her life.Jacquie was a visionary public servant, educator, and community connector. Her leadership included service on the East Cleveland City Council, work with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy’s Thriving Communities program, mentorship of 29 cohorts through the Neighborhood Leadership Institute, and co-founding BEL.
