He also directed the ninety-minute finale of Cold Feet, and has written extensively for film, TV, and radio, both in the UK and Hollywood.The Dentist, the first novel in his DS Cross crime series, was published in 2020. The series is set in and around Bristol and follows the eccentric and socially awkward, but brilliantly persistent, DS George Cross. The seventh in the series, The Bookseller, was published on 16 January 2025.The evening will include a reading from Tim, and a discussion about his writing and inspiration.
