Bring YOUR goggles and bike helmet! Arrive in your swimsuit or trisuit.
We'll keep it fun and have some great swimming races to wrap up the session.

Training will take place at OH-NTC POOL. 
Enter using the SOUTH POOL GATE located in the parking lot next to the soccer fields. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

Preparing for Pool Swim Starts is the focus! 
We have 3 back to back pool swim races coming up.

What to bring?
- Bring your goggles and bike helmet and swimcap (or one will be given to you).
- Pack a snack & two FULL water bottles. 
More snacks will be provided by Coach Amanda, plus a waterjug on site to refill waterbottles!
