- **Event Description**: Have you ever wondered why the body becomes unbalanced, even when you’re “doing everything right”? One of the biggest hidden causes is mental and emotional stress. When negative emotions build up and go unaddressed, they often show up physically as tension, pain, dysfunction, and eventually dis-ease.

That’s why I will now be hosting monthly in-person workshops designed to help you understand (and transform) the emotions that most commonly hold people back.

This series is based on the powerful teachings from “The Rays of the Dawn” by the legendary healer Dr. Thurman Fleet, and in each workshop we’ll explore:


✨ A key negative emotion that affects your health
✨ How it impacts the body
✨ And simple, practical tools to shift into its positive, healing opposite

You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more in control of your emotional well-being. This month, we will be covering, FEAR.
