Enjoy hot beverages and treats from food trucks, fun activities, plus pictures with Santa.The gates will open at 5:00pm for parking (use the back gate off Idols Road). The walking trail will be open from 5:30-9:30pm Advance Ticket Purchase is required. There WILL NOT be tickets available at the event. Your ticket will allow admission to the event at a specific time, 5:30 or 7:00pm. There will be no tickets sold at the door this year and tickets available in each time slot are limited, so make your purchase early.This fundraising event will be held "Rain or Shine" — no refunds will be offered. If the conditions in our community make it unsafe or unwise to host this event, we will cancel the event, notify you and refund the ticket price. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.Tickets Prices are as follows:$50 Per Car and a car is defined by a vehicle that fits within a single legal parking space (so don't show up in a party bus ;-) This ticket covers all people in your car.$20 Per Individual - this is to account for just 2 adults in a car. An Adult is anyone 13 or older. If there are more than 2 people over the age of 13 in your car, the Per Car Ticket is the better value.
