Residents can dispose of expired, unwanted or unused prescription drugs and over the counter medications – NO QUESTIONS ASKED – during Operation Medicine Drop at the Clemmons Fire Station 14 on James Street with the help from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office and Inmar Intelligence. Please remain in your vehicle. This will be a drive-thru service. This is for households only!
