For the last 17 years they have been equipping parents with practical tools to build stronger relationships with their children. As parents of a 16-year-old and 14-year-old themselves, they understand both the joys and challenges of family life. Elvin focuses on helping the next generation grow in character and purpose and is currently pursuing his postgraduate studies. Esther specializes in values education and character development, and serves as a part-time lecturer at NIE as well as on the advisory committees of two local primary schools. Together they also co-founded SGFamilies, a community movement to support parents in raising resilient, wholesome children.
