Join us for The 1 Ton Challenge: Friday Night Lights at CrossFit ABF!

You’ll have the chance to test six lifts:

Snatch
Clean
Jerk
Bench Press
Back Squat
Deadlift

The goal is to reach a combined total of:

Men: 2,000 lbs
Women: 1,200 lbs

This event is all about big lifts, new PRs, great energy, and having fun with the ABF community.

We’re also pairing the event with a Back-to-School Drive as we work toward collecting “a ton” of school supplies for local students. Bring a donation and help us make a real impact.

Friends and family are welcome to come cheer. Athletes with CrossFit experience are welcome to participate.
