Morning T is a hypertrophy (maximal muscle growth) class designed to cut fat, gain strength, and gain tons of lean muscle mass. Every rep, set, and exercise that is performed in the class is backed by scientific principles that have been proven to be the best ways to build muscle.
6 am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and will last 1 hour.
