Coastal Systems -- Pinellas County (In-Person)

From seining in the Gulf at Honeymoon Island, kayaking the stunning Anclote River estuary, and exploring the award‑winning shores of Fort De Soto Park, to discovering coastal birds, fish, invertebrates, reptiles, dunes, uplands, and marine mammals — every day brings a new outdoor experience.

Students get muddy, salty, inspired, and fully immersed while practicing real field techniques, leading interpretive talks, and working together on meaningful coastal projects. Wrap it all up with creative group presentations and graduation day celebration!
