The forum will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Clearwater City Council Chambers at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. Former Spectrum Bay News 9 journalist Al Ruechel will moderate the discussion. 

Residents also are invited to meet the candidates before the forum during a meet-and-greet beginning at 5:30 p.m. The forum will follow a moderator-led format.
