Students in these programs will gain an understanding of environmental issues, develop skills to take action and inspire others through leadership, as well as participate in hands-on activities including a litter cleanup, invasive removal, interactions with environmental professionals, and a kayaking excursion. In addition to the experience gained, these programs will serve as a great opportunity to potentially receive up to 15 community service or Bright Futures Scholarship hours.This year, this workshop is enitrely FREE of charge! As this is the case, we expect the workshop to fill quickly.
