Step into your inner strength and reclaim your personal power in this guided meditative journey. This session invites you to release self-doubt, old patterns, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, making space for confidence, clarity, and empowerment.
Through breath, visualization, and mindful guidance, you will connect with the energy of your authentic self, awaken your inner authority, and realign with your true purpose. This meditation supports grounding, courage, and a deep sense of self-trust.
Come to honor your strength, reclaim your voice, and step fully into your power with presence, intention, and heart-centered awareness.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
