Guided Meditative Journey

Step into a sacred space to meet and connect with your spirit guides in this guided meditative journey. This session invites you to quiet the mind, open your heart, and receive messages, guidance, and support from the unseen realms.
Through visualization, breath, and gentle guidance, you will journey inward to connect with the energies that watch over and assist you. This meditation supports clarity, insight, and alignment with your higher purpose.
Come to deepen your connection to your spiritual allies, trust the wisdom that arises, and feel held and supported on your path. Allow yourself to be guided, inspired, and illuminated by the loving presence of your spirit guides.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
