Registration is required to attend - enroll now to secure your spot! You will be required to complete approx 3 - 5 hours of video learning prior to the day. Your instructor will send this learning to you before the event.In addition to the MHFA training you will also recieve some support with some focus on self care, stress managment and having safe conversations about mental health and wellbeing.Please note this is a funded training program for carers, this is someone caring for someone at home with a physical disability of mental health concern.
