That’s why we’re opening up Marie Farms for a relaxed, heartfelt workshop where we’ll talk openly about women’s health — what’s normal, what’s not, and how small changes can make a big difference.

Growing up, I didn’t know much about this side of health. Being raised by my dad, it wasn’t something we discussed. But now, as a mom of two girls, I’m determined to change that — for them, and for every woman who’s ready to feel her best again.
