Join Certified Sommelier Julie Purpura and Chef Sarah Burns for an intimate, flavor-packed evening celebrating the spirit of NOLA—think vibrant pairings, bold spices, and stories behind every sip.

Menu:

1. Shrimp Remoulade Cups. The texture of shrimp and the creaminess of the sauce get balanced by the effervescence and crispness of a sparkling wine.

2. Classic Creole Vinaigrette salad/ Bacon. This recipe creates a vinaigrette that is bright, tangy, and a bit spicy. Paired with a white wine.

3. Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya paired with red wine.

4. New Orleans Bread Pudding w/ Bourbon Sauce paired with Dessert wine.
