So on this longest day of the year, let’s focus on generating the process of inner stillness and self understanding by honoring the original intentions and roots and values of yoga. The process of self transformation in yoga involves gradually refining the mind, over time, with consistent practice, study, and belief. 

Litha, aka the Summer Solstice or Midsummer, is an ancient solar festival celebrated in Pagan and Wiccan traditions. Falling annually around June 20th–22nd in the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the longest day of the year when the sun's power is at its peak.
