Reconnect with your body and mind in a serene environment led by MSA Volunteer Yoga Class Facilitators passionate about wellness and community. This free yoga class is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi!

• Water bottle

• Location: Level 4 Green Chemical Futures Auditorium

• Wednesdays with Lylah
• Weeks: Weeks 1-12
• Time 4:30-5:30pm
• Location: Level 4 Green Chemical Futures Auditorium

• Thursdays with Arshia
• Weeks: Weeks 1-12
• Time: 5:30-6:30pm
• Location: Rehearsal Venues, B34, Campus Centre

• Fridays with Tanishqua
• Weeks: Weeks: 2-10
• Time: 4:30-5:30pm
• Location: Rehearsal Venues, B34, Campus Centre
