Heart Mechanics Practice Lab

What if “seeking truth” included the data of our own nervous systems such as stories, assumptions, triggers, and needs? Come practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in a facilitated circle designed for real life, not perfect people. We’ll explore empathy, consent, boundaries, and repair using everyday situations as our curriculum. You can participate by speaking, listening, or simply witnessing. No prior experience needed, just a willingness to be curious and human.
