Following our breathwork session, you will transition into our sound ceremony, you will be greeted with the melodic frequencies by sound practitioner, Liz, owner of Vibrant Zen. Feel the vibrations of sound ripple through the water, harmonizing with the cadence of your breath, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and heightened awareness.

Our Floating Breathwork and Sound Ceremony offers a complete Nervous System Reset at a cellular level. Come, dive deep, and emerge refreshed, renewed, and realigned.

No swimming required - just show up, float, and receive.

About Your Practitioners:
Joss Michael, Master Soma Breath Instructor
After nearly two decades as a corporate trainer, Joss’s journey led her into mindfulness and healing work. Overcoming lifelong asthma through dedicated breathwork practice, he discovered the profound power of conscious breathing to transform body, mind, and spirit.

Joss now guides people through transformational experiences blending breathwork, music, and movement to support emotional release, build resilience, and restore balance. With a heart-centered approach, she holds space for authenticity, self-discovery, and well-being, empowering others to connect deeply with their breath as the anchor to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Liz, Reiki Master Teacher & Sound Healing Practitioner
Liz is the founder of Vibrant Zen and has guided hundreds of clients through sound healing, Reiki, and energy work. Her journey began in the fitness world, leading rooms and motivating others, but she was called to go deeper, helping people shift energy, release old patterns, and reconnect with themselves on a soul level.

Through crystal bowls, gongs, and intuitive energy work, Liz creates grounding and transformative experiences that bring balance to the body and clarity to the mind. With compassion and authenticity, she holds space for healing, growth, and self-discovery, supporting others in stepping into their highest potential.
