Candlelight Yoga + Yoga Nidra

Join us for a relaxing Candlelight Yoga + Yoga Nidra class. This class will include a gentle sequence that will help you relax and unwind in candlelight. Mostly seated poses, lots of stretching, with some breathwork and meditation. All levels are welcome. No experience needed. Cost is $20.

The class is led by Hillary Marshall. Hillary’s yoga teacher training is through Yogabody Fitness with Lucas Rockwood (200HR Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Gravity Yoga®, Yoga Trapeze®, and Breath Coach®) and has studied with Ashley Masters Healing Arts (Deep Stretch). She loves helping you train your nervous system and move your body, especially through yoga.
