35th Annual Christmas Village & Tree Lighting

For the last 35 years, Downtown Clayton has coming alive with Christmas cheer on the Thursday following Thanksgiving. The annual Downtown Clayton Christmas Village and Tree Lighting has been referred to as our 'Hallmark Movie event' and is a can't miss event! It is hosted by the Downtown Development Association's Christmas Committee and the Town of Clayton.

There is a fun-filled Lineup for the night including:
-Visits with Santa Claus & Letters to the North Pole
-Downtown Business Open House
-Christmas activities and attractions all up and down Main Street
-Trackless Train
-Presentation of the 2025 Christmas Spirit Award
-Storefront Decorating Contest winners will be announced
-Performances by local schools, dance groups, and entertainers
-Cookie Decorating and Carnival Games!

Note the Tree Lighting Ceremony will start at 7:15 in Town Square
