During this workshop your host, Claire, will walk you step by step through making your own set of TWO soy wax candles! You'll choose your colors, your scents, and then decorate with a paw charm, letters (we added the name of one of our rescue pups to ours!) and other beads if you'd like! This workshop will feature scents like cozy chai, vanilla caramel, evergreen, amber, florals and more! Mason jars are 1/2 pint (8 oz size) with a 6 oz wax pour in each.
Because we are working with hot liquids as well as the waiting time for the wax to set we do not recommend this workshop for young children.
This event will be in the taproom at Freight Yard. You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase beverages there and indulge during our class - they feature NYS brews, wines, ciders, soft drinks, and more! Feel free to bring your own snacks!
