• 6:00 AM: Set up begins — need 2 volunteers from each organization to help unload mats.
• 8:00 AM: Doors open. Spirit Committee can enter at this time.
• 9:00 AM: Everyone must be seated.
• 9:15 AM: Directors will draw numbers.
• 9:30 AM: National Anthem — team mascot brings their American flag and stands at center mat with our cheer mascots

• Immediately after anthem → Spirit Competition
• Then → Mascot performance, awards, and release (back to coaches or parents).
? Admission & Parking
• Cash or Venmo accepted at the door (rest of the facility is cashless).
• Parking:
• Across the street → $6
• Down the road → Free
? Drop-Off & Entry
• Cheerleaders & coaches enter main doors, to the right. Coaches MUST have a badge to enter cheer side
•	Spectators enter main doors to the left
•	2 volunteers per organization will help girls get to coaches.

? Bag & Entry Rules
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Bags do not need to be clear, but will be searched (no weapons, food, or drink).
• Football players in jerseys = Free admission.
? Competition Notes
• Green dot = center of the mat.
• Warm-up area available in order of performance draw.
• Directors’ table will be set up — cheer directors should be present during their team’s performance.
• ? No confetti! $2,500 fine per organization if found.
? Intermission Fun
• During judges’ lunch, football & cheer directors will play a fun game to keep girls entertained.
? Other Important Info
• Each organization brings 3 small gifts for judges’ gift bags.
• Final rosters due Monday night.
• Music played by cell phone — we’ll have adapters, but bring extras if needed.
• Coaches enter free with team, must wear badge.
• NO ONE WITHOUT A BADGE IS ALLOWED ON CHEER SIDE.
• Videographer option: $75 for a highlight video 
• T-shirt ad & pre-order checks due day of competition
