With "seventy-six trombones" in tow, master showman Harold Hill arrives in town and cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band he vows to organize... despite the fact he doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef! However, his plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for town librarian Marian. Featuring some of musical theatre's most iconic songs and a story filled with wit, warmth and good old-fashioned romance, this toe-tapping crowd-pleaser performed by youth from our community is family entertainment at its best!

Please note: As construction of the new Clarksville Performing Arts Center (CPAC) is slated to begin later this year, "The Music Man JR." will be presented in the Roxy Regional Theatre's temporary home at 114 Public Square.

Seating will begin a half hour prior to the performance. All performances will begin promptly at the time listed in your order confirmation. We recommend arriving at the theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to the performance to allow time for parking, purchasing concessions, finding your seat, etc. If you arrive after the show has begun, we unfortunately will be unable to seat you due to the setup of our venue. While we cannot issue refunds, our staff will do our best to try and reschedule your tickets for another performance date, although there is no guarantee this will be possible.
