This group will not be completely limited to what traditionally constitutes as "perinatal" years but can also include women diagnosed with a perinatal mood disorder, and birth/adoptive parents who can benefit from support during this challenging time.

Please note, that this group meets virtually using the Zoom platform and is available in all states. Enrollment is free.
