Join us for an evening of community, food, and fundraising at The Clarkston Tap, all in support of Neighbors United, a Michigan-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping firefighters and their families battling cancer.

Why This Matters

Every year, Michigan firefighters face a battle they never signed up for: cancer.
Due to occupational exposure, firefighters have a 9% higher cancer diagnosis rate and a 14% higher cancer-related death rate than the general population.

Neighbors United provides direct financial support so families can focus on treatment, recovery, and time together, not just medical bills.

? Since its start, Neighbors United has given over $1.2 million directly to Michigan fire families
? 76 firefighters supported statewide in just the past year
? Expanding early cancer screening programs to save lives

Why This Event

This fundraiser supports the 2026 #WalkForTheRed, honoring the fallen of 9/11 and supporting firefighters fighting cancer today.
A total of $5,000 must be raised, and the money goes toward Michigan fire families and life-saving screening efforts.
