• Expert Insights: Hear from TriState Behavioral Health provider Nick Phillips, MD, on managing mental health and overcoming burnout. We are also excited to welcome Traci Birdsell, LMSW, from RiverPlace Counseling & Wellness, who will share perspective on the importance of early intervention and proactive mental wellness.

• Community Resource Fair: Connect with representatives from various local organizations and discover the valuable mental health resources available right here in our community. Attendees will have access to practical tools and information to help navigate care and support.

• Strategic Growth: Walk away with actionable strategies, including better sleep habits and healthier nutrition, to foster a more resilient and supportive environment for yourself and those around you.
