Join TriState Health for a special diabetes-focused Healthy Bites Workshop for National Diabetes Month, as we explore the difference between complex carbs and simple sugars. Jennifer Raykovich, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, will share how seasonal complex carbs can support your health, especially during the holiday season. This workshop will also feature a live demonstration of a Butternut Squash Breakfast Bowl from TriState Nutritional Services and after, you will take home all the ingredients you need to make this healthy breakfast option at home!
