Begin with a 60-minute gentle yoga class led by Wild Shakti Yoga (Erika Knapp), featuring light breath work, gentle movement, and deep stretching surrounded by the beautiful flower gardens.

After class, wander through the flower fields to hand-pick your own bouquet. Then, visit Rae’s Reads Mobile Bookstore to choose a pre-loved book (or receive $10 toward a new book) and a bookmark.

We’re excited to partner with Modern Mamas for this event! After you’ve gathered your flowers and found your next read, stay awhile and enjoy light bites and refreshments while connecting with others in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you come with a friend or on your own, we hope you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and a little more connected.
