We are more than this physical body, and through safe techniques astral travel can be a means of reconnecting to our own limitless expansiveness, to traveling the world.

Come learn how to utilize astral travel for your evolution and interconnectedness with the universe.

For the most effective experience and ability to duplicate what you learn in this workshop, at home, come to class having had a light breakfast and no coffee/caffeine/stimulants. Wear comfortable clothes to sit in, bring water, and a journal with a pen/cil.
