Recommit To You: A Yoga + Reiki Healing Journey

Step into the new year with intention and alignment. This heart-centered workshop blends chakra-focused yoga with hands-on Reiki healing to guide you back to your truest self. Move through each chakra to ground, release, and realign your energy - clearing fear, guilt, and doubt while opening space for confidence, love, and clarity.
We’ll close with an extended savasana, aromatherapy, guided meditation, and Reiki integration to seal your practice in deep peace.
Includes intention setting, journaling, and community reflection in a safe, supportive space led by Coco.
