Remade with Love

Mental wellness begins with self-compassion and self-love, what a better way to come together during Heart Health Month than crafting your own image of self-love!
A collaboration between NAMI, ReSTart Scranton, & the Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA, crafting heArts for healthy minds!

Kids age 6+ and adults alike are invited to create with self-love and craft with us! Marissa from the Girl Scouts will be guiding the kids through different craft options, while talking about the all the fun of Girl Scouts.

Hannah and Amy will share about NAMI's peer-led support programs and ways to support a healthy mind. They'll work with the adults in finding their creative side and crafting out of a space of self-compassion. We're making sculptures and image boards to remind us of our resilience and love.

Making connections and crafts doesn't have to involve filling landfills, so join us in saving some of your disposable items (including old buttons) over the next month to give them a new life!

Art supplies provided, just bring some things to reuse!
