Full Moon Flow

The full Corn Moon peaks on September 7, so we are celebrating with a special 10 am yoga class with Lisa Mo at Kailin of Earth Studio!

This 60-minute vinyasa flow style class will be appropriate for students of all levels of experience, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Featuring a gentle warm up, moon salutations, and a blissful extended savasana, class will be taught to a playlist of songs all about the moon.

Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive a few minutes prior to class time to sign in and set up your space. A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow on a FCFS basis.
