Join us for a 2-hour workshop designed to help women navigate the transition of menopause with greater ease and understanding. We’ll discuss the physical and emotional shifts that occur during this time and how to manage common symptoms—such as hot flashes, sleep changes, mood swings, and fatigue—using Ayurvedic wisdom, simple nutrition, and supportive lifestyle practices.
Ayurveda, a traditional system of holistic medicine from India that’s over 5,000 years old, views menopause not as a disorder but as an honored transition—an opportunity to realign with your body’s natural rhythms and support vitality through balance. In this workshop, you’ll learn how understanding your unique mind-body type (dosha) can guide you toward the most nourishing foods, habits, and routines for this stage of life. Participants will have the chance to explore their own dosha, gain insight into their hormonal cycles, and take home personalized practices to promote balance and well-being.
This workshop is ideal for women of all ages—whether you’re approaching menopause, in the midst of it, or simply want to prepare your body and mind for a healthy, empowered transition in the years ahead.
Led by Emma Hobson, Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Herbalist, who is passionate about empowering others to confidently take charge of their health and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves in a fun and approachable way.
