Our first Little Sparks Circle is a gentle, heart-centered gathering for energetically sensitive & empathic children ages 7–10.

This opening circle focuses on safety, belonging, and self-acceptance, helping children understand that their sensitivity is not something to fix it’s a strength when supported with care and tools.

Through grounding practices, creative expression, gentle discussion, and a nurturing group environment, children are guided to feel seen, supported, and confident being exactly who they are.

Each child will also receive a small keepsake to support calm and comfort beyond the circle.

? This is a mindfulness and wellness-based offering. Not therapy and not psychic development.
