This nurturing session gently supports sensitive and empathic children in learning about personal boundaries, emotional safety, and energetic awareness.
Through grounding practices, simple teaching, creative expression, and calming visualization, children explore the difference between caring and carrying discovering that they can be kind and compassionate without taking on emotions that don’t belong to them.
This circle offers children tools to feel safe in their bodies, confident in their space, and empowered to protect their own energy in a gentle, age appropriate way.
🌿 This is a mindfulness and wellness-based offering.
Not therapy and not psychic development.

• $33.33 per child / month (month-to-month)
• $22.22 per child / month (3-month commitment)
• Sibling rate: $20.00 per child / month
(Sibling rate applies when siblings attend the same monthly circle)
