- **Event Description**: CRHC's Wellness Specialist, Alex Amaral, is excited and ready for another great sport-specific camp to develop student-athletes in the offseason!

This upcoming program is geared toward throwing athletes participating in softball or baseball. Throughout the camp they'll work on enhancing mobility in the hip/shoulder/spine and increasing throwing velocity. The camp format will include a workout day and a technique day with pre- and post-testing to validate your growth!


Camp begins on March 16th and ends on May 13th. Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the exception of 4/8, 4/13, and 4/15. This camp is a total of 15 sessions!


4th - 7th grades will have camp from 6-7pm
8th - 12th grades will have camp from 7-8pm

Camp cost: $180
