All men, ages 18 years and older are welcome to attend. Please call CRHC at 712-542-8354 to let Benn know you are coming. If you are interested in exploring mental health topics & supporting fellow group members you are welcome. No prior counseling experience is required – just a willingness to listen and share.

Meetings will be held on the First Wednesday of every month at CMHC from 5:30 - 6:30pm

GROUP OBJECTIVES:
1. Encourage open discussions about mental health challenges faced by men
2. Provide a confidential and non-judgmental platform for sharing
3. Learn effective strategies and stress management techniques
4. Foster a sense of belonging and connection
5. Promote mental well-being and self-care practices
