Get your kids outside, moving, and having fun with this FREE 7 week running program for ages 1 to 14 hosted by the Wellness Team at Clarinda Regional Health Center and the Clarinda Athletic Booster Club.

Each week participants can choose from a variety of race distances, from short sprints to longer runs. Whether they want to run one event or multiple, the goal is simple: have fun and keep moving! Every participant will receive a ribbon and a popsicle at the finish line. ??
