Sharpen your speed, improve your performance, and train with CRHC's amazing Wellness Staff. Pre and post testing will be conducting so you know the results of all your hard work. 


This is an 8-session camp. January classes are on Wednesdays. February classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes start on January 7th and end on February 11th. Your instructors for this camp will be Chad Blank and Sage Lloyd.
