This February, we’re bringing the heat.
Dive into an Under the Sea themed Rage + Sage, where our studio transforms into a warm, ocean-inspired escape. Think sun soaked energy, vibrant colors, and movement that feels like summer in your body, even in the depths of winter.
We invite you to wear bright colors, beachwear, tropical inspired looks, or anything that helps you feel playful, radiant, and alive.
Schedule:
6:30 – 7:00 PM — Mocktails + Mingle
7:00 – 8:30 PM — DJ Dance Journey
Let the waves move you during a 90-minute open dance set featuring Latin-inspired beats, deep bass, and high-energy rhythms, designed to help you release, shake loose stagnation, and reconnect with joy in the body.
8:30 – 9:00 PM — Sound Bath Integration
We’ll close with a grounding sound bath led by Studio 34, offering space to settle, integrate, and float back into stillness. Bring a mat! We have extras but not enough for a big crowd.
This is an invitation to move, sweat, laugh, release, and remember warmth.
