Nell Bradshaw is a contemporary painter working on Linawina land, in Wulawali (New Norfolk). Her work explores themes of landscape, femineity, and personal identity. Bradshaw received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Science from the University of New South Wales and began exhibiting work in local galleries in 2023. Drawing inspiration from film still compositions and the materiality unique to paintings, her work blends ambiguity with representational elements to create visual narratives. Her work has been featured in several group exhibitions, been the recipient of a Special mention in the Jenny Birt Prize, and shortlisted in the Henry Jones Art Prize.
