This month, nature becomes part of the art.Instead of relying only on traditional paintbrushes, we’ll experiment with natural objects to create marks, textures, patterns, and unexpected shapes.Bring something you find in nature that might make an interesting “brush”:Leaves.Branches.Grasses.Flowers.Seed pods.Pine needles.Or anything else that makes you curious.We’ll explore simple repeated marks, flowing watercolor washes, color, shape, and texture without needing to name, fix, or overthink what appears on the page.Some people feel a little unsure at first.That’s part of the practice.If you tend to follow the rules, stay inside the lines, compare your work, or judge what you’re making while you’re making it, this experience offers a gentle opportunity to try something different.Less pressure.
