Healing Movement + Sound Bath

Join us this November for a transformative healing experience, combining physical movement with mindful awareness to promote the body’s natural processes. In this class, we will incorporate visualization, breathing techniques, and positive affirmations. Through gentle intuitive movement, individuals connect with and listen to their body’s needs, creating a state of deep relaxation that supports overall well-being. These body movements reduce stress, accesses inner healing energy, and cultivate inner peace and wisdom. This class can lead to a state of enlightenment.
