Venez nous joindre pour une de nos trois visites guidées d’une heure chez Innovative Fishery Products, une entreprise de transformation de fruits de mer basée à la Nouvelle-Écosse ! Chez Innovative, les participants découvriront les équipements utilisés pour la production, apprendront les différentes variétés de coques présentes à Baie Sainte-Marie et ailleurs, découvriront le processus de transformation des coques, les systèmes de dépuration, et bien plus encore ! Les visiteurs auront également l’occasion de goûter des coques fraîches à la fin de la visite ! Ne manquez pas cette opportunité ! Inscription obligatoire !

Ready to learn all about clams?! Join us for one of our three 1 hour guided plant tour at Innovative Fishery Products, a Nova Scotia–based shellfish processor! At Innovative, tour participants will be taken through the facility learning more about different types of clams found in and around Baie Sainte-Marie, clam processing, depuration systems, and so much more! Guests will also have the opportunity to sample fresh clams at the end of the tour! You don’t want to miss out! Registration required!
