There has been lots of interest so first in, best dressed !

In this class we will bake a premade loaf, then each person will make a dough to proof and bake at home.

I will show you how easy it is to make your own butter (without chemicals).

We will slice and eat a fresh, fresh warm sourdough loaf with fresh butter and you can take some butter home if you wish to use on your own loaf!

You will get to take home your loaf, some butter, your own starter and a detailed recipe to care for your starter and do your own baking at home. 

The only items you need to bring are 

• a large mixing bowl (preferably glass)

• a mixing spoon or spatula

• $30 cash

• an apron if you wish
