This is a powerful evening of reflection, release and reconnection designed to help you shift what’s been holding you down and reconnect with the strength you already carry.

This Full Moon (Flower Moon) is all about letting go of what’s been building up so you can actually move forward feeling lighter.

If things have felt a bit heavy, off, or like you’ve been carrying too much lately… this is your chance to reset.

We’ll begin the evening with an optional cacao, gently opening the space and helping you slow down and connect in. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation focused on releasing what you no longer need to hold onto, and creating space for what’s next.

We’ll then move into a relaxing sound bath, allowing your body to fully soften, process, and settle.

This isn’t about overthinking or forcing anything… just giving yourself the space to let go, reset, and breathe a little easier.

We will gather to rest, reset, and soften through a guided meditation, immersive sound bath, and heart-opening cacao ceremony.

Event held at 16 East Terrace Kadina.

Enter through side entrance to driveway on East Terrace.

Tickets are non refundable, however if something comes up you can transfer your ticket to another event or service with at least 24 hours notice.

Any cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in the loss of your ticket.

We completely understand that life happens, but we’ve had quite a few last minute changes and it does impact the space we hold and the energy we prepare for each event.
