On the 31st of October, our world changed forever when we lost our beautiful 3.5 year old daughter, Ava, in a tragic car accident.

For those who may not know us, we are Josh and Britney. Josh is Head Coach at YP Soccer, and soccer has always been a huge part of our family’s life. Ava grew up at the grounds. She wasn’t just watching from the sidelines. She was running around, kicking balls, cheering everyone on and being the little “coach” she believed she was.

The grounds were one of her happiest places.

Ava’s Round has been created to honour her life in one of the places she loved most, surrounded by community, sport, and connection.

This day is about bringing people together. It’s about pink, laughter, soccer, and remembering that even in heartbreak, community carries you.

Funds raised support Yorke Peninsula Soccer Association and The Red Tree Foundation, helping provide mental health support for families who have lost a child.

If you can, come along.
Bring a chair or picnic rug.
Wear a splash of pink.
